So, my little sister Tiona got a camera for Christmas. And that means that OBVIOUSLY photoshoots are a must. I’m soooo grateful for having my sisters as my best friends. In fact, I’m grateful for my family that altogether are my bestest friends.
[yeah, I know the picture above is blurry, but it was a favorite of T’s]
[^^^ how I feel about how much school I have left.]
If you know me, and have followed my Instagram account for awhile, you KNOW that I have such.a.hard.time. posting pictures of myself. I just have such a hard time with it. Literally, there are only four pictures of “just me” (andddd this post totally makes up for the difference ;)).Don’t get me wrong, I am not bashing on the people that are incredibly photogenic (props to you for making a laundry room selfie look great!!). I admire those people who are able to put themselves out there. For me, it’s been a little bit of a different story. I’m one of those people that has had many insecurities (as you would know if you’ve read my “Numbers Don’t Define You” post). I’m that person who still struggles with my numbers (but doesn’t everyone at some point???). I’m that person who worries a lot. BUT, I’m that person that can make all of that change. And as long as I’m working towards bettering myself daily, then that’s really what matters. As for you, YOU are pretty neat. Keep your chin up, and let’s both try to “try a little harder to be a little better” (President Hinckley) each and every day.
